  The man 3rd from left (with the cigarette) is Arthur Sands, and the tall man with the accordian is Albert "Brunny" Wagg and the man with the flat cap to the right of him is Ted Cocks (then landlord of The Bell). Arty Grimes is 5th from the right and George "Dribbler" Wagg is next to him (4th from right).
