The Elyard Album
Ted Elyard was
a drayman before taking over the Bell in Flitcham. He met Jack Wicks
of Reading during WW1 and the two men became lifeling friends, as did
their children. Ted and his wife Maud's children included Tom, Annie,
Betty, Freda and Ronnie. The photos on this page have been supplied
by Jack Wick's grand-daughter Glenis Stone who was the little blonde
bridesmaid at the wedding of Annie Elyard
and Fernley Farrow.
